3. Stay Healthy, stay hydrated
Drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated will help you to do well throughout the day.
4. Start your day with Gratitude
I am thankful today for…………… Name the blessings in your life daily and be grateful for what you have now, just by doing though, you will be sending positive vibes to the universe that will catch them and get back to you in an abundance way.
5. Be Clear
Identify your goals and be honest with yourself. It’s your goals, your mission, and your fate. So do the best you can to figure out what you desire most in your life to be. Start by making versions of your own goals until you are done with the perfect manifesto to carry out the appropriate time and effort to make it work in every possible way.
6. Carry out mini missions
Don’t overwhelm yourself with many tasks when you are feeling down, instead of dividing them to mini missions once you finish your 1st mission, go to the 2nd one. By the end of the day, you will find yourself with a massive outcome that will help you to go forward.
7. Guard your mind
Block anything that triggers you emotionally and makes you feel worse. You are responsible for keeping your mind clear and positive. Don’t let anything negative to dominate your thoughts whenever you catch yourself remembering a sad memory or a negative experience of something. YELL TO YOURSELF yes am serious but Be careful, if you are out! Just stop this negative thought right now and shifts your thinking by looking around you and keep yourself busy with something but never give up to this destructive memory or thought as it will open the door for many to come along with. This is your mind so protect it well and nourish it with positive seeds only.
8. Be a good friend with your fears
Know your fears, NAME them and ask yourself those 3 questions honestly
• What is the worst case scenario that could happen?
• What can you do to lower those fears from happening?
• What are your alternatives if the worst case scenario did happen?
9. Be Creative
Alter new routine to your life and seek new habits that can get the best out of you when you feel nothing to be done. Do more of what makes your soul happy, as for me listening to uplifting music can change my mood drastically and make me able to thrive, rise and shine up again no matter how discouraged I feel to tackle the day but it works.

11. Don’t play the Victim
Everything you encounter in your life has meant to be in order to be evolved and make you a better person than you used to be, I know it’s difficult but embrace your hardship and see the light in it, there is always a way and remember that what you are fighting now are temporary and this shall too pass!
12. Be Optimistic
Look on the bright side, after rain, there’s a rainbow. Take everything as a blessing in disguise if you lost a good opportunity. Don’t get too upset but rather learn from it the best you can to get yourself improved and prepared for the next opportunity

13. Lose your superego
Criticize can be constructive or destructive, you are responsible for giving others’ opinions and feedback about you the chance to make your grow or make you drown.
14. Stick to your daily schedule
Whenever you feel like doing nothing in your life, stick to your daily routine:
• Get your room tidy and clean.
• Cook dinner.
• Wash dishes.
• Do the laundry. Prove to life that you are still there and you are not going to give up.
15. You are in Control
You are the master of your own ship so you can turn it right or left as long as it gets you safely to your destination. Life is a game, master its rules and enjoy the ride.
16. Don’t seek perfectionism
Do something and fail at it is better than doing nothing at all.

Take care of how you look at times when you feel unmotivated. Pamper yourself by going to a hair salon and have a new trendy haircut, go shopping and enjoy your time.

Cherish whatever you do and never underestimate your little work as it may lead to great success.
