If you have the ability to love, love yourself first!

Be kind and treat yourself the same way you treat and support a loved one. you need that hug, that shoulder to cry on. you need that love, self-love to be precise self-compassion where you appreciate yourself and never get harsh with as you care about yourself the way you care about others. I believe no matter obstacle or struggle you have faced, no one is able to get you out of this difficulty rather than you. The secret lies within you. Don’t seek outside for help. look within yourself, you are the world! You are the only one who can uplift your soul.

“I am grateful to have been loved and to be loved now and to be able to love because that liberates. Love liberates. It doesn’t just hold—that’s ego. Love liberates. It doesn’t bind. Love says, ‘I love you. I love you if you’re in China. I love you if you’re across town. I love you if you’re in Harlem. I love you. I would like to be near you. I’d like to have your arms around me. I’d like to hear your voice in my ear. But that’s not possible now, so I love you. Go.’” ~ Maya Angelou.
<3 BE A Blessing TO Someone

As love liberates our soul, spirit, and body. However, it looks simple to fall in love with yourself and be able to give love to others but many have struggled to accept themselves just the way they are, so be a blessing to someone who doesn’t know how to love him/herself and show them the way of how these little three words can have a miraculous effect I LOVE YOU. They can free someone’s heart from hatred, resentment, cynicism and set them free to be able to fully accept and love themselves just the way they are, so in case you struggle of loving yourself, follow this chart below and know how to master self-love.

<3 Be Courageous

Being courage is about doing the right thing. you’re the only one who decides what’s right or wrong to do, don’t wonder and ask about what’s the right thing to be done. I know it may sound trivial just trust your gut and do what you see it’s right for you, take up the battle and turn your struggles into triumphs.

” I HAVE HAD MANY RAINBOWS IN MY CLOUDS ”    Maya Angelou

Thanks to her clouds that has made her a great role model for many women all over the globe. She moved forward from being raped at a younger age, refusing to speak for almost 5 years and facing racism to become one of the most influential poets of all times. So Mrs. Maya had her rainbows too of being a phenomenal woman,

Now you understand
Just why my head’s not bowed.
I don’t shout or jump about
Or have to talk real loud.
When you see me passing,
It ought to make you proud.
I say,
It’s in the click of my heels,
The bend of my hair,
the palm of my hand,
The need for my care.
’Cause I’m a woman
Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That’s me.
So cherish your struggles and take them as an advantage to thrive, shine and be phenomenal.
<3 Keep Rising

No matter how big is the struggle or obstacle you are facing. Do your very best and rise above it. I keep reciting her brilliant poem, still, I rise to myself whenever am encountering a difficult time in my life and I rise. Seek the hope she carried within her voice and think of this moment you need to do something to bring with you everybody who mastered self-love to you so when you show up, you will be packed with love.

You may write me down in history
With your bitter, twisted lies,
You may trod me in the very dirt
But still, like dust, I’ll rise.
You may shoot me with your words,
You may cut me with your eyes,
You may kill me with your hatefulness,
But still, like air, I’ll rise.
Out of the huts of history’s shame
I rise
Up from a past that’s rooted in pain
I rise
I’m a black ocean, leaping and wide,
Welling and swelling I bear in the tide.
Leaving behind nights of terror and fear
I rise
Into a daybreak that’s wondrously clear
I rise
Bringing the gifts that my ancestors gave,
I am the dream and the hope of the slave.
I rise
I rise
I rise.
<3 Learn To Say NO

Never force yourself to please anybody you don’t like because you are afraid to say No.

* Say No to anyone who underestimates you and absorbs your positivity.

* Say No to things that don’t matter to you and leaves you unworthy.

Learn to Say these little 2 words when it’s important to say it.
