One of the most common reasons that people begin to feel as though they’re failing in their business is because they’re spending too much time working. Whether you’ve been buried in a project or trying to work through a challenge, too much time in front of the computer can give you headaches, lead to you feeling frustrated and cause you to want to give up altogether. Taking a step back and doing something physical or stepping outside can have a dramatic impact on how you feel.

Practice Gratitude

All too often we focus on business growth and matrix that are a serious stretch in terms of goal setting. These are very beneficial towards helping you accomplish the amazing achievements you see in your future. However, if you neglect gratitude, you may forget all of the reasons why your online business is awesome or why you as a person or business owner are awesome too.

Take a step back to make a quick gratitude list of ten things you’re appreciative of. This can help reframe your mindset and give you a reason to keep pushing through.

Determine What You Can Get Off Your Plate

Another major reason why people feel like giving up in their business is because they’re trying to handle it all themselves. Having an outsource team that you can turn tasks over to allows you to free up administrative time and focus that on either getting more of a break from your business or being able to accomplish more of the revenue generating activities in your company. Trying to handle everything on your own for too long can lead to burn out and this is one of the easiest ways to slide into wanting to give up overall.

Feeling burned out makes you frustrated at having to go to work in your business. Instead, as the owner, you should be working on your business and one of the most effective ways to accomplish this is by outsourcing as many tasks as possible to an experienced team to which you can delegate. I offer a free report of 70 different tasks that you can delegate to your online virtual assistants and digital team to get the juices flowing and get you thinking about the many things you may be doing that don’t necessarily need to be accomplished by you on a daily or weekly basis.
