I have read a lot about changing your thoughts to change your life and get the life that you wished for, I can relate that I became aware of my habitual thinking since then and noticed where my thoughts brought me to.

There’s a secret I have been following, THE HIDDEN NOTES am holding with me everywhere I go a small notebook any negative situation arises through my day I jot down my negative thoughts at that moment and I analyze instantly how I FELT about it and I tensed the way I FEEL THEN I swift my thinking at the same moment to the opposite and see a different picture of my outcome and I wrote the way I FEEL with the positive thinking so your mind definitely will go for the happy outcomes and by the end of the same day I recap once the whole situation but with the positive thoughts to plant my positive seeds in my mind that will automatically move to my subconscious by repeating the good outcomes and by doing so you will be building your immune positive system that will work against any negative thoughts in the future and help you to thrive in your weakest times.
When we become truly connected with our being knowing that we are the master of our own fate as we are the maker of our personality with constant observe to your habitual thinking and tracing the effect of a single thought on you and your whole life, you will be acquiring the typical life you desire.
